As the saying goes “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” But what happens to those who stay in Vegas? Well, these Las Vegans, including resident chefs, have been polishing many areas of their silvercity. Although Las Vegas may be viewed as a tacky town of bland buffets and clanging casinos, there’s so much more to a modern Vegas vacation.
